Thank you for being patient with us while we figure out the best way to secure lodging for our events. Our events will NOT be “stay-to-play”. With the large number of out-of-town teams, our challenge is to block rooms for the teams and hope the hotels get some business. In the past, we have booked events in areas and other non-sports events came in and guaranteed a huge portion of the rooms. Leaving our teams with no place to stay thus not being able to play. Below are sponsor properties. We are working with the properties to get the best team deals knowing there are no guarantees.
